skype, that useless slut
i can't get skype to record my voice. i can hear other people talk no problem but i've tried two different headsets (i just bought a new one) and neither has worked. oh well i'm pretty pissed off at it, it might have something to do with my 64 bit operating system but i really don't think so since i've tried it on my friends laptop with the same mic and it didn't work. maybe it's my sound card but i doubt that too. however i do know other programs that do work if anyone ever wants to ;P

ANDREW! why didn't you tell me you had one of these, you silly boy. well i guess since you just got it like yesterday or something. awww thanks for mentioning me in the same league as courtnay in the post below, made me smile. sad for you about skype...it means no more long distance bills! i hope it works for you soon.

make sure your internal microphone is on. I had to turn mine on
internal microphone.. mmm i assume you use a mac and are talking about the mic on the monitor, pcs don't have that. but if that's not what you're talking about please enlighten me.
incidentally i'm really bored and think i'ma drive home and try skype out on my dad's macintosh
laptop PCs have internal mics...
not all, and my laptop is broken at the moment, i'm using my desktop
how do you turn it on? i just went and bought one...
